2009 Food Appeal

The Annual Lions Club Christmas Food Appeal was held on December 10th, 11th and 12th at Barry Collins SuperValu and Dunnes Stores in Carrigaline. Members of the Carrigaline Lions Club led by organiser, Lion Sean Duggan, took  turns manning the food stands at both stores. The response from the public was excellent and a large amount of  food along with a substantial amount of money was donated. The food will distributed by the Society of the St. Vincent De Paul. Thanks to everyone who donated so generously to our appeal and thanks also to SuperValu and Dunnes for their co-operation.
